Types of Industry Jobs Not Permitted For Foreigners

Although Malaysia is on the map of liberalization many of its industries and sectors are set to welcome foreigners, there are some industries and positions where foreigners are not permitted to engage and restrict in foreign equity ownership.

This is due to these industries and positions are easily available and should be offered to the Malaysians to protect the interest of the citizens them. Malaysia Government encourages all foreign companies in Malaysia to hire Malaysians as much as possible for economic contribution growth. Local Malaysian Sdn Bhd required many forms of business licenses to the company too.
